We’re Buying Property 215, two brothers passionate about real estate and assisting those in our community. We were born and raised in the city of Philadelphia. Throughout our entire lives, we have been raised around real estate. Our mother owned rental properties, so we have seen firsthand the rental properties so we have seen the whole firsthand process from finding tenants to maintaining the property. Although real estate has always been appealing for both of us, we never expected to be this involved in real estate just had the impression we would own a couple of rental properties. We firmly acknowledge that everything transpires for a reason & destined to run our own family-owned business. In 2018, our co-owner (Ryan) worked in the center city for “save the children,” which consisted of canvassing donations for a non-profit. While canvassing, Ryan met our future mentor, and this individual saw the great potential within Ryan. He had offered Ryan a position acquiring property in North Philadelphia, West Philly, and South Philadelphia. Ryan had worked with this individual for roughly two years developing property before Ian joined their team. We thrived when it came to acquiring property for our mentor, but after a year had passed, we came to learn that our mentor was moving his family down to Florida. Over the years, we learned the real estate process from top to bottom, so all the tools and knowledge were present to start our own business. We were nervous about breaking off to run our own company, but we had no other option besides finding a new career. We decided to start our own family-owned business & named our company Buying Property 215. We take pride in helping homeowners relieve themselves from undesirable circumstances.
We were both born in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. We lived in Roxborough for most of our childhood while attending Catholic school. Once Ian graduated grade school, he went to Archbishop Carroll High School for most of his first year before our mother moved us up to Conshohocken. We lived in Conshohocken/Plymouth Meeting throughout high school & college. We both moved back to Roxborough/Manayunk in 2017, where we still reside!
About Ryan Bullock
Ryan Bullock is the founder of Buying Property 215. Ryan has over four years of experience within the real estate industry. He has a powerful passion for helping others and tends to go above and beyond to see everyone happy and satisfied. That’s the main reason Ryan worked for “save the children,” helping needy children. While Ryan was in high school, he dedicated a lot of free time to assisting his classmates who were struggling with various issues. Once Ryan graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, he went to Montgomery County Community College before transferring to I.T.T tech and earniachievingsociate’s degree in computer science. He had worked in technology for a few years before working for Save The Children! Ryan handles acquisitions for Buying Property 215; those we work with absolutely love Ryan. He does everything possible to assist homeowners. Ryan has spent much time researching to help homeowners relocate to new areas. He has spent hours on the phone clearing liens for the homeowner will receive more at closing, and he has driven property owners around to complete any required steps to close on the home. Ryan is currently studying to earn his real estate license to become a licensed realtor!
About Ian Bullock
Ian Bullock is co-owner of Buying Property 215. Ian’s duties are to handle our social media accounts & supervise our projects, including ensuring the contractors are getting our updates concluded on time. Ian has over three years of experience in real estate. Ian had excelled in high school, graduating from Plymouth Whitemarsh with honors. Ian also had a strong desire to help others in need; he decided to attend Montgomery County Community College to achieve a degree in human services focusing on being a drug and alcohol counselor. While attending Montgomery County Community College, Ian had a professor who saw the endless potential and suggested Ian get certified being a peer specialist/career specialist helping those struggling with mental health issues. Ian had become licensed through Montgomery County while obtaining the dean’s list in his college courses. Ian worked three years within the mental health field, assisting his clients with life skills, coping skills, and obtaining employment before joining the real estate industry.

The process by which we purchase property is direct. Once we can agree upon a specific purchase price, we will sign a brief two-page agreement of sale. Buying Property 215 will forward the sale agreement to a reputable local title company to complete the title search and transfer the deed.
